At Silo Christine hopes to develop herself further in working as a team. “I believe that you can achieve a lot by joining forces,” she says. The versatility of Silo’s projects – branding, digital, spatial – and the social perspective on design also appeal to her.
In her work, she always tries to add a certain amount of lightness and humor. “I am very interested in the positive psychological and social effects of design on people. Designers shouldn’t be afraid to use humor to generate impact.”
Christine lives in Zwolle and has Lithuanian and Dutch roots. She is a fourth-year graphic design student at Artez School of the Arts and prefers to spend her free time with friends. She also enjoys walking and cooking. Šaltibarščiai, a bright pink cold Lithuanian soup made from beetroot and buttermilk is the perfect comfort food for her.
