Gold Lamp for Silo at Dutch Creativity Awards

The design for the bicycle parking garage The Hague has been awarded a Dutch Creativity Awards Gold Lamp. The Silo team received the prize during the award ceremony in Amsterdam.

“Something usual like parking your bike now becomes a sensational experience,” commented the jury. “The mesmerising graphics are taking you on a journey through an over 1,000 square metre large abstract urban landscape. With this, a simple bicycle garage in itself becomes the new architectural icon for The Hague.”

Each year, the best creative work in the Netherlands is awarded the Dutch Creativity Awards, organised by ADCN. The aim is to create an open and inclusive platform to celebrate all creative makers, thinkers and doers in the Netherlands.

From 950 entries, winners were selected in 8 different categories: 14 Gold, 33 Silver and 52 Bronze awards. The number of award-winning projects shows how the creative sector has done exceptional work in a time of crisis.
