There is a lot of information available for starters, but it is spread over many different places. Reliable information about renting or buying a first home has been brought together in one central place on the online platform ‘Starten op de Woningmarkt’. By improving access to information, the initiators hope to increase the opportunities for starters.
The website was launched during the ‘Week van de Starter‘ (28 September to 4 October 2020). During this national campaign week there is a focus on first-time buyers and renters and various (online) events and activities take place. The website will remain to be the central source of information about renting or buying a first home after the week has ended. Of course, the position of starters does not improve in just a single week.
In cooperation with EMMA, Silo developed the online platform, the visual identity of the campaign and the campaign strategy. The photography was created with photographer Erik Borst.
