“We wanted a corporate identity that was distinctive, recognizable and fits who we are,” says Henny Verboon, Senior Sales & Marketing Officer. “We also needed a logo that was practical and explainable.”
From proposals from three agencies, Woonplus chose Silo’s design concept. The visual identity embodies the open and positive attitude of Woonplus. The fresh colors and clear typography stand for a diverse and down-to-earth organization.
“Woonplus wants to be in constant dialogue about housing with the various individual and collective stakeholders. This is the idea behind the icon in the logo: a speech bubble to doubles as a house”, says Henny. “Moreover, photography plays an important role in the identity, emphasizing that people are always central in what we do.”
